MiKTeX 3.0 roadmap

Here are my ideas for MiKTeX 3.0:

• TeXworks: integration of the the MiKTeX UI (package manager, settings, update wizard
• full support for platforms other than Windows (Intel); this requires some work on the GUI components of MiKTeX
