New command-line options for the setup wizard

Implement new command-line options for the MiKTeX setup wizard:

• --paper-size=A4
• --paper-size=Letter
• --auto-install=yes
• --auto-install=no
• --auto-install=ask

Port the package manager GUI to GNU/Linux

The MiKTeX package manager GUI is currently only available for Windows. It allows users to

• browse packages
• search for packages (using file names or keywords)
• install/uninstall packages

MPM on a Gnome desktop

The GUI is currently written in MFC. The goal is to rewrite the GUI in Qt, thus porting the MiKTeX package manager GUI to GNU/Linux.

The development progress bar shows sixty percent.

What has been done:

• package information is displayed in a list view window
• it is possible to install/remove packages

What is missing:

• search for packages (using file names or keywords)
